The American Alloy USA 7018-A1 is a low hydrogen electrode specifically designed for welding 0.5% molybdenum steels used in pressure vessels, boilers, and piping systems. It provides high-strength welds with excellent impact toughness at low temperatures. Suitable for all positions using DC+ or AC with sufficient open-circuit voltage.
